Family News Update

Emily, Sara and I are enjoying playing music this summer. Sara has picked up the bass fiddle, and that has added a lot of depth and energy to our sound. You can see us at the Waynesville Street Dances June 25, July 9, July 23 and August 6. We will be at the Haywood County Fair August 29, and of course we will play at the Smoky Mountain Folk Festival Sept 3 and 4. We hope to work in some more shows this summer and fall while the girls are available.

Emily is enjoying teaching the Bridges class at Central Elementary in Waynesville. Adam has been promoted to Sergeant in the Marine Corp. He is based in Camp LeJeune. We hope to see him some this summer. Sara is a rising senior at Tuscola Highschool. Amy and I celebrated our 25th wedding aniversary this year.
